A bit about Marissa

Visual designer based out of Vancouver, WA with a passion for brand identity, typography, and promotional work.

Marissa started her career in Metro Detroit creating and designing campaigns for a large event company. She remembers the joy and excitement she felt the first time she saw her work on a billboard. She feels that joy every time she sees her work at play. Marissa then went on to create her own freelance company, Mars Art & Design, designing promotional work and branding packages across the area.

San Francisco’s design culture and scenic views had always been calling her name, so when the pandemic hit she took the jump. Once there, her career grew exponentially working with companies like Cisco, Timbuk2, and MKThink.

She now resides in Vancouver continuing her work. Her passion for learning and growing are reflected in her designs. In her free time she enjoys anything outdoors, crafting, and board games.
